I am really keen to get started with Bank Zero, but the app has a bug preventing me from registering. It occurs when selecting the option to pick up the bank card at a nearby Clicks. Successfully selecting a clicks, the app won't let me continue to the next screen. Changing to my home address lets me continue but not complete the process stating an error. Really sad. I'll rather look elsewhere.

I’ve recently signed up to this online banking app, and it has completely transformed the way I manage my finances. I left behind the old-style bricks-and-mortar banks, which were expensive when it comes to monthly banking fees. Transactions are processed quickly, and I appreciate the real-time notifications that keep me updated on account activity. Receiving and disbursing funds is a breeze. What really stands out is the app’s reliability. This app makes banking easier and enjoyable.

We had an issue with the Bank Zero app on capturing a payment where an error message came up as "suspicious". Reached out to the support team and they assisted me with next steps to do. They assisted me even though I had a few stumbling blocks and they didn't give up on me and the problem was resolved and I was able to get back on. Thank you!
