I am really keen to get started with Bank Zero, but the app has a bug preventing me from registering. It occurs when selecting the option to pick up the bank card at a nearby Clicks. Successfully selecting a clicks, the app won't let me continue to the next screen. Changing to my home address lets me continue but not complete the process stating an error. Really sad. I'll rather look elsewhere.

I love the idea of Bank Zero, and since they've added Google Wallet integration and immediate payments, I've switched to them as a secondary bank (all savings and spending accounts). Really great that you can create as many saving plans as you want, and everything has been working reliably since the beginning. The only issue I have is that the app needs modernizing. It doesn't use any standard UI components and feels very unintuitive to use at points. Otherwise fantastic bank

The onboarding was very efficient and quick. The app overall is very impressive in term of functionality, security, and ease of use. I haven't had many occurrences where the app gave an error or was unclear in terms use. One main point of improvement would be UI/UX. Aesthetically there is room for improvement. It's not bad by any means, just a bit dated in my opinion (for example the icons) * One suggestion I do have for additional functionality would be "1 tap". Like 1 cash, but for card tap.
