very bad and poor...I want to download and print my summary of care/discharge latter but I couldn't. able to do that because there was no option of downloading.

Used App before and it seemed to work fine. Switched to new phone. Forgot my password so used that function. Keeps telling me it can't find my id number. So I tried to re-register. Says I can't because I'm already registered. Error message with detailed info flashes up and off so quickly you can't read it. Have no idea how to fix it and can't find any relevant contact details on the app.

This version of the app does not support the back arrow button on Android devices. An in-app back arrow (top left) or X (top right) are provided instead. One or the other or both. Seemingly at random. I can't identify the use pattern. Otherwise the interface in intuitive and quick to respond.
