Ratings and reviews

This is app is not even worth one star. It should get no stars. The app does not work for what it is intended for. I connect via WiFi and most of the time when I want to track the car, the app says there is no data to display. A few times the app showed the car is in another part of the Western Cape and then I have to exit and open the app again. Another thing that is irritating, is the log. It does not pick up all the travelling or stops you do. You really need to troubleshoot this app again.

app seems to be in development stage. so many bugs and unfortunately all the support staff can say is that as long as they can see the vehicles correct location then the unit is working correctly. I'm paying for a service I expect it to be online and available for me to view my vehicle accurately. this isn't the case. hopefully they improve. Update: vehicle location has ironically not updated on the app since 3 nights ago. I need to be able to cancel this service without being penalized.

Great app especially alerts when ignition on although sometimes the alerts are not in real time. another great feature is being able to see and track car's location on the app. it would be better if I could see live location as the car moves, for me to track the location as the car moves I have to exit the app and comeback again to force the load.
