Ratings and reviews

I've wasted the past 40 minutes trying to put in a simple order. The app is frustratingly buggy and it continuisly freezes. Seriously, you don't expect this level of rubbish in 2024. I have much better experiences with 60/60 and PNP ASAP. Edit: a year later and still a junk app. More updates and still the same issues. Whoever the developers are, fire them or stop wasting our time.

I used OneCart a few years back with no issues. After 2 years I needed to use their services and I got stuck for 3 days with verifying my number before checkout. the sms with a code is not coming through on both the app and website. I un-installed several times with no luck. Terrible experience!

I never add reviews to ratings but this is an exception. A while back I decided to rule-out OneCart as reliable, however, from time-to-time I try it out - especially with a glimmer of hope after each update on the app - but time-and-again OneCart fails; it's slow, unresponsive, "glitchy" and above all the support is terrible (OneCart still owes me a substantial refund that's been outstanding for over a year). In short, based on my countless unpleasant experiences, this app truly sucks.
