It was a difficult first-time experience. The app kept lagging and freezing every time I tried to add items to the cart. After a whole day of trying, I finally managed to move to checkout only to spend another day trying to make payment. I eventually had to move to the website to finalise my order. The idea is great, and the shoppers are efficient, but the app ruined the entire experience for me.

Most unstable app ever!! So many bugs, app freeze so often, have to close and reopen app SEVERAL times during one shopping order. Delivery never comes during the selected slot. This app would be so great if it worked correctly!! Deleting profile and Uninstalling after this active order is delivered. Current order took over an hour to check out due to bugs, promo code not working, several failed payments. Would have been better off going to the store I ordered from to get the goodies I wanted!!!
