I am upset that I have to scan the discounted items before I checkout. I'm never sure I got the right price. I enjoy this feature apart from that. Why can't the cashiers scan at the register if you put those items first? Also sometimes there are too many items ( of one type) to buy to get the sale price. I love Shop Rite. I'll not shop anywhere else!!!

I thought it was going to be a delivery app like Checkers60, but it's like opening up a bank account and you have to load money on there to use it. And there's no option on the app to delete the account. If you don't use it, they'll send you a message to let you know that your account has been inactive and that you need to "transact to avoid it becoming dormant and incurring fees". I am not impressed at all.

i hate this app, I thought it would be like checkers60 or pick n pay where you can easily order your groceries from, nope it's irritatingly annoying, you don't get any proper help from customer service and I've never used it because you're duped into making an account with them just to occur "dormancy fees" what does that even mean I don't even think my account registration was successful yet I'm getting these annoying sms's stating dormancy fees, just want to make life easier and remove my name
