An issue at first, but it is being attended to. After my first review, I had to come back and change it. I could not download any magazine after paying for it, and neither did new ones show on the tablet. After a few emails and a call from me, they did everything they could to solve it, and gave me an alternative to view the magazines until the issue is solved. After my call to them, they kept on phoning me back to keep me up to date on what is happening.
Problems from the start I just received email and reset to a new password. Sign in error. Will not let me sign in. Reset tells me "Unable to send new password, check network connection". I have a great connection. Please fix such a simple issue for a professional app. Will add stars as it gets fixed.
:( Still no samples? :( Waste of time :( The app did not allow me to log in using my Popular Mechanics online login. There are still no samples to test the readability and functions. I have no trouble reading my online PM magazine with a PDF reader. I can't believe that I wasted my time and money again trying this app :(

Downloaded the new app but none of the books from my old subscription is available. Tried the restore purchases but does not work. Can't really test the app if the books I already paid for not available.
