Useless app I have ever used No value add at all, u have key in your details every time, does not have adequate accessibility and management to your account..... etc telkom yu can much better but unfortunately your monopoly makes yu complacent and arrogant..
App description is not true.. "Customers can manage their landline account, top-up their data and much more."... Perhaps I am stupid or going crazy, or both, but I cannot see where data can be topped up in the app.
Not giving a review on the app, but rather just on the overall experience of getting an ADSL line installed. The service is horrible, nobody can give me an answer, pretty much Telkom is doing the EXACT opposite of what they should be doing handling faults. Thanks for wasting my time douchebags.
The app used to work I can't log faults anymore. I put the phone number in and it returns a message saying "null" with a "Continue" button that just takes you back to where you were

No use No use in logging faults. A week and no response. Line stil Down!!!!! At least give daily feedback even if it is fake
