Ref: 10833010. This app is still broken. I can't login to my account nor change my password. Even after I reinstalled the app on more than one phone, it still doesn't work. The 180 callcentre and store can't assist. This has been going on for months. The old app worked at least. I can't even login using my desktop web browser. If Telkom doesn't sort this out, they're going to go down a slippery slope towards extinction. Their infrastructure and good deals are probably keeping them in business.

Ref #10881885 the app version I have is already the latest as at 9-jun-26 I registered, upon logging in the app wants me to complete my profile, but that is an endless loop of failures. I was advised to Deregister and uninstall+ reinstall the app.. but Every time I try to deregister, I enter the OTP then get the loading screen and sometimes even a "success" page. But I don't get deregistered because I can still login. I cleared the cache, and the data, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app..

After entering my ID, and entering the otp, the Back to Dashboard button doesn't work. if I press the back button on my phone then it clears everything and like I hadn't just verified my ID. Then I can't edit my profile details, as they are wrong. If I try delete my account to try recreate and hopefully fix things, that doesn't function either even after entering the otp. In this age of agentic system development how can such a poorly designed app exist for such a large established company?
