I have been using this app for a few years and have never had any problems. My booking and payment was always done within a few mins. I received multiple confirmations quickly via sms and email. Lately it's been a nightmare!! Payments don't go through, no1 is available to talk to besides robots, the layout of the app seems to have regressed, my list of flyers on my profile often disappear and I have to restart the process. Not sure what has happened but it's no longer stress-free.

Useless. I wanted a change of date and airport. They sent me a quote which I accepted, then checked and they got the airport wrong. I didn't pay since they said payment had to me made for change to go through. Instead they simply cancelled the flight, so I'm now stuck with no flight. On top of that, they listed a flight on the app, so I rocked up at the airport only to be told that there was no flight.

Terrible. Was left with a very bad impression with this app and Travelstart as a whole. I have used them for all my other bookings for the past 4 years, but when there was a problem with this flight there is no help. Our plane was overbooked and the day before the flight I could not log on to get my boarding pass. Not on the app or on the Travelstart web site and did not give a reason, so we arrived at the airport absolutely in the dark. Will not be booking with this company again. We tried to phone and email their urgent help line....with no reply! There is no immediate help and they must have known about the problem, that's why it was showing that I had no booking, when I had confirmation if it in writing!
