It's always a hustle to log in to your account. Difficult and slow. Harsh on data... Unfortunately it's always slow, and now after deleting and re-instaling (as vodacom requested) it's even worse, even after two up-dates. Now its sometimes struggle to open/laod requested pages, for example; "Buy"..! I don't think it's worth it to keep the app. Less headache just dailing *135#... Considering other network.... As well

Suggestion: Every time you click back, you are kicked out. You have to put your number in again, OTP in again, you have to set your filters again, start your browsing again. Until you click back, again. Restart.. You lose interest after a while. Letting the Back button just take you to the previous page would be great. Also super unhelpful filters.

The app is constantly giving me issues, despite having a new SIM and a new device, the issues continue. Airtime is always missing and I'm unable to purchase using the app despite having airtime. The service I've gotten has been useless. They (Vodacom) seem to pass the buck and never accept that they are wrong. This issue has continued for months now and I'm always told to purchase a new SIM or do a sim swap. So not recommend this app or service provider.
