Always having technical errors. 2nd time now I'm not able to access it. Hope someone reimburses me for the data spent installing it over and over again until it works. Also after the update I have to keep logging in and doesn't stay logged in as before. It's really annoying. And my one extra free play has been removed for some reason
Pathetic App. Always has technical glitches. Horrendous GUI. Seriously, you have a massive IT team and you can't even design a decent app. A Dev in a basement can do a better job than that. At least you have an app that matches your customer service - useless
Not good at all! For few days now, claim free play just disappeared! And suddenly I have to log in everytime to get balances or play every day!!! Takes me longer via app than to just do it via USSD!! Very irritating. And all the technical errors! Not much useful app at this stage. And yes I am on newest version, so not the problem!
Since its latest update, I can now login but whether it be the everyday play or buying data, there is ALWAYS a "technical glitch". This is especially worse since Vodacom are running a double your data promotion. They should actually develop a working and reliable app. Its pathetic and a lot of people agree
Please try to create an app that can function well. This app is totally disgusting, it just uses my data and always say technical errors. Come up with something unique. You cant just develop something we don't benefit from it. The fuctionality of the App is not good at all.
Seems this app was sent out without being properly tested, clearly not ready for public use just yet. Takes too long to load, too many technical errors most days, also no option to unsubscribe from receiving email notifications? I already know I bought data, don't need to be notified via app, sms & email for every single transaction! Please sort it out, or pull it off the market until it's completely ready! Great idea, fell flat on execution :(
