Useless app. Was working fine, then suddenly my card details disappeared, and refuses to add it again while trying to pay my bill. Defaulted to my expired card, and even though I have added and set my new card as default in my profile, it does not show up when trying to pay my bill. This app is the WORST thing that Vodacom has ever come up with.

Terrible app - not user friendly at all. Also dishonest crookery going on. I was notified that I had subscribed to some game playing service that was going to cost me R5 per day. I had not subscribed to the service. Crooked. If I wasn't watching my sms'es I would not have seen the notification and they would have started draining my account with R5 per day. I wouldn't want to give them any stars, but was forced to click on one star to be able to post.

Poor service, never functions properly, never received any OTP's sent from this app, never links my number to the account, so I cannot recharge my account, called vodacom multiple times in order to fix the problem, but that wasn't successful either. The apps basically a brick, shows my data balance and that's as far as it goes.
