Ratings and reviews

It's a useful app to honest, but my concern is that why is it not data-free? As a Vodacom customer, I expect the VodaPay app to be zero-rated so that we can top up or manage our services at any time, especially in emergencies or when out of data. Having to find Wi-Fi or borrow data just to access a platform meant for purchasing Vodacom products, really doesn't make sense ​

Payments to bank accounts do not work properly, you have to make multiple smaller withdrawals to reach your daily limit. App is slow to load. Whe you scan to pay then it wants to use your credit card for payment and not your wallet balance. One benefit is that you can use your wallet to pay your monthly bill. Stick to Capitec as withdrawal fees are a rip-off.

The idea behind this app is good, but the app itself isn't, like why🤷‍♂️ the progress bar after every click, is it necessary? Secondly, toooo much notifications for a simple transaction, you like, get 2 or more notifications for 1 transaction everytime you buy something, yhoo🚮 , let alone trying to delete those notifications🤦‍♂️you can't even mark then, you need to delete 1 by 1🚮🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
