I find it very unnecessary to sign in with a private pin AND then still have to wait for an OTP. The app is difficult to navigate compared to the old Vodacom app (there are so many extra steps to take to get to a very easy transaction which did not occur in the old Vodacom app) . The data prices are exorbitant and there are hardly ever any good data deals/ promotions.

Terrible app, you guys really need to have a serious sit down with your development team because wow, everytime i think it cant get any worse they somehow manage to find a way to show me that it definitely can. The app is full of bugs and glitches, this app actually uses a ridiculous amount of data compared to other networks, haven't received much assistance from staff either. Been a customer for +-10 years now and I've never been more disappointed in Vodacom.

This is the 3rd time I am back to affirm my rating. When I tried to buy extra data the app advertised a package that did not allow my payment method (airtime) which was very frustrating. They seem to have been trying to promote a new wallet which requires separate registration. Placing this advertising to block getting to a normal package is frustrating. The most recent interaction placed the advertisement next to the buy button making me purchase something I did not want!!! no confirmation!
