Ratings and reviews

Bought machine, doesn't switch on. Fully charged. Signed in but can't go back if something needs to be changed. Tried verifying my id via the app, only passport and id card options available. Doesn't want to except my green id and selfie. Not easy to sign up at all, especially when an agent calls in the middle of signing up and everything freez. My advice for your agents is to wait until the sign up is done, call to verify everything and ask if they need more assistance.

Please change the app so that it remembers which card machine is chosen under history and also give us an option to print out a daily sales report per machine. I can set up a daily sales report, but it gives me totals of all machines and every time I want to see the amount for each machine I must go and choose a machine again. Some of the machines are at other depots and a clear split that is remembered by the app would be much better.

This new app is rubbish!!! Yoco went from the easiest, best app to use for upcoming business, to the most user unfriendly app in just one update!!! The old app worked so well, stock management was easy to do and keep track of. The new app... Well, it'll be easier to just write everything on a piece of paper! It gives the option to edit stock counts, but it's literally impossible. The tab just opens and closes, no way you can edit stock count!
