Ratings and reviews

I have been using the app for years and it works okay. It could work better in terms of user interface as I have a few issues. Firstly (and the most frustrating issue in my opinion) the app constantly signs-out of my account. The second issue is that my wishlists never save once I enter the app after signing in again. The search results need to be improved, I notice that the website has better and more results while this app gives me about 4 items unrelated to my search.

I've found the Mr Price app frustrating to use. Every time I close and reopen it, my cart is emptied, forcing me to search for and add my items all over again. I've also encountered issues where certain products won't add to my cart and instead display an error message. These glitches make it difficult to shop smoothly and complete purchases. I hope these issues are addressed soon, as they have a significant impact on the overall shopping experience.

Im grateful for the app and the credit card I have. my issue is the that the app has slight glitches and it gets annoying or makes no sense. Paying my credit monthly shows "place order" like I'm buying clothes which was really confusing at first. Sometimes trying to filter for sizes in clothes it shows up an error, I come back a few minutes later and it works fine. I just placed an order for some items, it showed an error occurred. A minute later I got an SMS saying thanks for your order. odd
