I only have two complaints with this loan company. first, it's a lie when they tell you to pay two days before the due date in order to upgrade your limit. they never upgrade your loan limit, don't ever fall for that. second, they have hired dummies who have no respect for their customers. I always pay on time, it's like they have a problem with people who pay on the last day. I'm always threatened and insulted by customer cares for paying on a last day. if the app says 8days I will pay on day 8

DO NOT waste your time with this app. Unprofessional and predatory. They harass customers with calls from multiple numbers even before loans are due. I got 5 reminders, and one agent even threatened to post my photos on Facebook, which violates the Zambia Data Protection Act, 2021. Another threatened to call my next of kin.On top of that, the interest rates are extremely high and exploitative. Avoid this app and find another alternative.

I keep getting disappointed. again the promo message came through, settled my bill and the agent even stoped responding to my inquires concerning the promotion. I did try this, giving them the benefit of doing but got dissapointed again. what amazes me is that,when it's due date, you're so forth coming when its debt collection but when client requests about your promotion,you stop communicating. is that the customer service you are teaching your team?
