Good app simple and straight forward to use . No pressure like some other apps do where you agree to pay a loan for example for 7 days and after 4 days they are busy bombarding you with calls and say like can you pay we have upgraded your account pay now if you don't pay what what will be what what without them knowing they are breaching the contract. with this app I'm giving it 5 🌟 stars great app ever

The app is user friendly, I recommend for more improvement where we can be able to choose our own amounts less to the one approved on the app. Where we can make adjustments than to always get the whole amount, sometimes those amount are more than what we need. And as they increase the amounts I recommend they consider increasing the number of days to pay back.

When the app is operational it's very helpful but it jams sometimes. I've had 2 experiences where the app says withdrawal in progress but funds are not sent for 24-48 hours or even more. which is really tough if you need funds for an emergency. And the customer care couldn't careless, they either don't answer or they give a vague response on how Airtel money is down. I was left in a pickle the other day. Please do something about this.
