It's all messed up with new updates. No proper graphs, cannot see previous history, only quick trades, UI keep on refreshing to the top of page, due to which I have to be very quick to see coins at bottom of page, I don't know what's happing here, it's long time now with all these glitches, it's not at all smooth, hopes it gets better soon possible.

Not able to withdraw the money. It is more than 10 days I have initiated money withdrawal. Still it is not credited to my account. Taking this much long time needs an explanation. Even if the ticket is created only auto generated email came once. Other than that there are no follow ups for the ticket. Also no provision for escalate/ view the status of the ticket.

Hi Vigin, we regret the inconvenience. We are facing a FIAT withdrawal issue for which we have an in-app notification live as well. If you wish to CANCEL your withdrawal order, please reply back with a confirmation within 24hrs or raise a new ticket anytime, requesting a cancellation.

Withdrawals are not processed and they mention they are working on that for the past 1 month. I don't understand how they didn't resolve the main functionality issue for these many days. If withdrawals are not working whats the point of using this app. There is no information to contact them as well, looks like a pure scam. Definitely not going to recommend or use this app in future.
