My expreience with your mobile banking service has gone from tolerable to unacceptable. I changed my device and can't log into the app anymore. You're not practive enough (or probably just don't care) to inform your customers that there are challenges with a new login into the app; I had to call customer service to be told that, and there's little information beyond that and no indication on when this will be resolved. Please do better with your mobile banking services and communication

Really poor consistency when it comes to app performance. Sporadically use the app and usually when I do it either rejects the right password or fails to allow me to purchase airtime. Even worse, there's no correspondence on reviews and updates are a rarity despite poor compatibility with newer android versions. Unreliable banking app that can't be counted on when you really need it to. Frankly if there was a rating lower than 1 star I would give it!
