this app is no intuitive enough. I can't figure out how to remove my inactive debit card which you've listed like 35 times. plus you have to select a debit card then hit next and THEN provided an option for google pay. Also, though it looks like it should be intuitive, cashing in your points for a coffee is more confusing because you make it look like you can just select to pay by points at check out, but if you try it errors. you still have to go and cash out your points for a drink before

It could be better. I don't get a chance to experience half the app because it won't let me verify my age with them. Every time I do it and go through the process of trying to verify, it tells me, "An unexpected error occurred" Literally, every single time. If it wasn't for that the app would be fantastic. But as long as that happens the app is just mehh.

The 21+ rewards section of the app doesn't work. I've checked it intermittently over the past 2 months. Not once has it successfully loaded. It keeps saying "an unexpected error occurred." I would NOT recommend getting this app or even being apart of the rewards program because of this. But even the regular rewards aren't very good. Limited options, high prices for said options, hit or miss on if it will load. Avoid it. I gave two stars because the app is at least esthetically pleasant.
