Does not work Maybe I'm stupid but I cannot get zip zap pad to pair to phone or computer ... cannot sign in either gave me a temp password but gives me various errors when trying to sign in ... tried blue tooth .... tried USB cable but nothing seems to work. And payed for stand which never arrived. ...and don't bother asking for help cause once they have your money they ignore you
The app SUCKS! First i got a faulty machine which has been replaced and now the app does not allow me to log in to use my device! If i could give it 0 stars i would, really terrible! Can NOT believe i wasted my money on this!!! So disappointing!!!
I have been using Zip Zap for about a year now and it works great. I had an issue with the app that did not log in. I phoned Zip Zap and they quickly helped me to fix the problem. Thus far no log in issues. Thanks Zip Zap.
Device & App are gr8 Very much convenient & hassle free. Easy to use, customers get their receipt by SMS instantly
Not even the temp password doesnt want to work - Dear, Welcome to Zipzap. Your new temporary password is Ds3 Qfj. Maybe Yoco is a better option!!!!
It works well but the charges of transactions are way over too much. Terrible
This update includes new software for the ZipZap card reader. Please be aware that the upgrade process will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. We recommend the device is attached to a power supply during this process.
