Buoy Zone Beacon works with the Buoy Zone app. It's a stand alone app that uses Bluetooth to broadcast a buoy's location, no sim card or data required, just start the app on a a mobile device, attach it to a mark and leave it running. As support boats come within bluetooth range the marks location will be relayed up and shared with the course. Simple and free to use.
