I can browse, but the cart does not function. I was getting an error message every time I tried adding something to my cart, so I reinstalled the app. I was then able to add, but the cart contained the wrong item. (I added two different scents of hand soap, but it registered two of the same scent). I love Grove, but I haven't ordered in forever because the app is impossible.

I adore this service. It's a great resource to find all sorts of environmentally brands for a wide array of different products. You always get a few fun free things to pick from each month based on how much you spend, and VIP gifts and discounts are nice. Overall, love grove. But their app is really bad. It's extremely slow, there's a million pop-ups, and it crashes all the time whenever I try to remove things from the cart. Love the service! Hate the app.

The new platform for this app is terrible. Your cart does not sync with the app. When I get an email stating my order ships soon, I can not open the app up to review the items in my cart. It shows that my cart is empty. I have to click the link in the email and open the website up in the browser to see what items are in my cart. Also, the app crashed during the "hey, we know the platform transition sucked, here is a sale for our members as an apology," so I at least wasn't able to participate.
