Ratings and reviews

This app is very clunky to navigate. Going "back" from anywhere always takes me to the very first landing page. If you are trying to look at messages, especially if viewing messages for a family member, you have to click back through several screens to get back to messages. And half the time when trung to pull up info for family members it says there is an error loading and you have to start all over anyway.

Really glitchy. Right now the app won't load appointments or messages for me. The three loading dots all flash at once (which they aren't supposed to do) and the screen stays blank. Glitches like this happen all the time, and it struggles to load on a good day. This would be a great app if it were faster and less buggy.

This app even after all the work done on it is still cumbersome. It's still too difficult to just bring up and look at your records and it shouldn't be that difficult! I should be able to navigate to a specific appointment and see everything that was generated (any and all care documents and such) and pull them up individually and then download them if I wish from that point. There are other issues too.
