the User Interface is too simple. the rules are not clear, for example, how long till the transaction is auto completed. It proceeds much slower than the usual apps. not to mention some buyers are still dont understand how to use the apps. And 9.9 8.8 7.7 discount is useless.. shop forced to join the discount has already change their original prices.. sometimes a 80% discount is still more expensive compared to other similar marketplace.

My shop ads account got suspended automatically by system, I will give this app 1 star until the issue got resolved. Costumer refund and some feature can only be managed via computer and the system is very problematic so managing return and refund is hard, and customer service is so unresponsive and not helpful at all since most of the solutions provided are wrong. It's a drastic downgrade from tokopedia seller. Please fix this mess of an app.

I'm not even gon bother rating it higher, dawg, the tokopedia seller app was working perfectly fine, simple and no nonsense, this shi is just bull dawg, sure it works, but it has so much unnecessary things which makes navigating it a nightmare, less customizable options with products, like what happened to slapping logos on products, now that's gone, or subtitles? thats gone too i think, like its unbelievable, i get that they've now partnered up with tiktok but downgrade atp is an understatement
