haven't claimed a job in over a month. the few jobs that became available were sniped by another pro beeper before I got a chance to open and review them. last year i was able to fill my entire week with reasonable paying jobs and everything else was great, from the schedule import to the calendar app, to the customer check out and payments. delivery.. all worked flawless Don't see an option to choose the ares Im willing to travel to...

I have just signed up and had my first customer experience thru the app. It was like adult Legos, tedious, time consuming, and simple. There are no short cuts, just following directions. The customers were wonderful people and added a tip on top of what the app paid. All in all, the day, the trip, it was worth it. I will continue accepting new jobs with WayFair Service Pro. FYI. It takes time to build up enough appointments to pay the bills. Waited 2wks to get an available job. But it picks up.

Wow. I've had one job, one cancellation, and one rescheduled job and I've had to call support twice to discuss all three jobs. The first job should have been for two pros because the item had a heavy but fragile headboard that needed to be steadied and lifted, the second client told me the item was late, then the third client told me they had called and cancelled. In my history of gig work, I've never had to contact support this many times in such short succession. Flat rate sucks, too.
