Bought an item that was tagged as "Open Item". Even though the item was clearly damaged, they did not list it as "Damaged". The pictures they posted were not of the particular item I purchased so as to hide the damage to make sure this item sold. Once you buy it, even though they knew it was damaged and hid the damage, you're stuck with it. They got a little bit of a scam going on here.

You can get some good deals if the listing doesn't mislead you. I've bid & won some nice things at a good price, but you have to be careful. I one bid on an item that I really wanted & it was listed as open box, not like new or damaged. I bid high but when I went to pick it up the box had a sticker on it "Damaged"! I asked why wasn't the listing description as "damaged ". They also didn't include a picture of this label on the box!!! Very misleading auction, so no 5 stars. Used courtesy return.

The app seems targeted as far as price point, which is fine. After all, they are trying to make money. That being said, I had the misfortune of winning two bids on broken and non-functioning items. They also happened to be my first bids on this app as a new user. I did not check them because my loss was minimal $22 and change for both, which were listed as open box items. However, I strongly recommend that you check anything that you plan to seriously rely on.
