This is a review of not only the app but the service as a whole. The app broke my profile causing me to have to rebuild it several times. It would not allow me to match because it broke my profile in a way that was invisible to me. The au pair I matched with, didn't receive the match request until I contacted support. They have changed their payment structure dramatically, you now have to pay 40% of the cost up front. They are generally willing, but unable to help.

This app is terrible. We were in the middle of our search when they rolled out this erro prone pile of junk app. Suddenly we needed to change half of our profile. The au pair profiles have significantly less information. Some just say error. I have reached out to Cultural Care twice to ask about au pair search options. No one has replied. We have been with CC for almost 9 years but this may cause us to look for another agency.

The "instant" messaging is nice. But, there are so many bugs it is impossible to actually finalize a match. The migration of info from previous platform is very incomplete leaving big gaps in data. I feel so sorry for rematch au pairs right now as they have such a tight timeline and this system is only barely operational.
