Just horrible. This app is basically useless now. Logging in is a nightmare. It does not show any new releases, just get an error page. Can't enter the reservation and some product pages won't load. Then, you can't do nothing on their website for new releases because you can only use the app for that.....an app that does NOT work. Time to use a different retailer I guess.

This app is beyond frustrating. Often it won’t even load, and when it does, I just get endless errors trying to log in, search products, or check new releases. Pages won’t load either. Reservations get stuck, payment info doesn’t save, and support is nonexistent. I’ve cleared cache, reinstalled, tried everything—still useless. Online customer support is useless, no one ever responds. Missing out on releases because Foot Locker forces us to use an app that doesn’t work. Total waste of time.

This app is doomed. every time i get notifications about new dop or to reserve, when i click on the notification it always says "something went wrong". when i go to the tap where it says "upcoming" i get this message "No upcoming releases". when in fact on the website 😒 there is a lot of upcoming releases. when i click "shop" everything loads up fine. then i click on what i want to shop for, let say i click on the mens category, its says "Something went wrong" this app is completely useless.
