Your account will be debited for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current subscription period, and the cost of renewal will be indicated. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be lost when you take out a subscription.

Not only did the app do nothing to help, but when trying to cancel my subscription, I was hit with a 3 month charge just for canceling. If they offer to "pause" your subscription, DO NOT TAKE IT! They will force you to renew (and charge you) before allowing you to cancel during the pause. Awful and inconsistent customer service. Every agent says their "policy" is something different and refuse to refund fraudulent charges. Wish I had never tried Kure. Worst customer service I've ever experienced

Promotes dangerous ideas like "eliminating" food calories with exercise which is just bulimia. It isn't even real hypnosis, just guided imagery, no proper induction. Shame on the mental health professionals who attached themselves to this. Plus the app reminder I wanted never worked but it gave me a bunch of notifications I didn't want. I made it through 15 days before I got too angry to continue giving it a shot. Big waste of money.

This whole thing is a scam!!! There is nothing in their information that says the app won't load onto an android phone unless it is version 7 and above. I noticed immediately that the app would not work and then notified them immediately that I needed a refund. They gave me reason after reason that I could not have a refund and then tried to get me to take a partial refund!!!! Are you kidding me!!?? I won't even give it 1 star!
