Ratings and reviews

there's so much more that this app could do. there's no indication of charge speed, sometimes the notifications don't alert (for instance if someone else plugs me in, it doesn't notify me that the car started charging). when starting the car from the phone, allow for a temperature adjustment before starting or immediately after. it also constantly crashes on first open.

App crashes weekly now. I have to constantly clear the cache and force stop the app, close it, then restart my phone and it works (most times). I don't think anyone reads these because I'm going thru the reviews, and it's all the same exact complaints since 2018. They don't care, the collected our data- phone number, email, address and location and sold it all to third parties.

Lexus, this app is a disgrace to your brand. Nothing about this app works. The QR code scanning function fails every time. When I finally get my car to appear in the app, it works for 2 minutes, then it doesn't show my car anymore. When I close and reopen the app, it just hangs, and I have to reinstall it. I wish that I never bought this car.
