App is mostly great, but the payment process is broken. Not sure how this has so many great reviews. Every time I go to pay it says my saved card has been declined. Then when I try to delete it, it gives me an error message. So every time I order I have to manually re-enter my credit card (it doesn't allow auto fill). Fix the payment process and it goes to 5 star.

I've been ordering from Slim Chickens for a long time. They have begun adding service fee charges to orders. Why would anyone use the app if they're going to charge service fees? It's not a normal credit card percentage fee either. It seems to be based on how many items you ordered. Also, the rewards expiring nonsense is annoying. If you don't visit them frequently enough, your built up points expire. Since it takes several visits to earn 50 points for a $4 discount, that's very annoying.

I was sent a $5 coupon upon signing up for the app but was unable to use it due to app error. I tried different payment methods and deleting my order, starting over but still got the error. I still ordered the food and it was good but I'm disappointed in the app because this seems to be a common theme with several of the food apps I use.
