When I click on "My Tickets", under "Upcoming", the app displays the tickets for the next game (good) and all of the tickets for last year's games (bad) and I can't delete them (worse). Under "Past", there are no tickets. Looks like something that should be fixed.

Maybe my lack of computer/mobile phone savvy is part of the problem, but I tried to get tickets to today's Gators v Lady Vols basketball game. I don't know if I actually purchased them or not because of the difficulty with updating my ticketmaster account (which I apparently haven't used since 2009). Once that process was complete, I couldn't figure out how to actually find my tickets. It's a good thing they aren't terribly expensive, although I never found out how much the added fees are.

I'm using this on an android phone for the 2024 football season and it does not allow me to sync with my Ticketmaster account. I've confirmed with UF that this is a known problem. The App is not functional, at least for me, for use with my UF tickets. It's now time for the 2025 football season and the problem still persists.
