I love this game, I truly do. I have put so many hours into this game. However, the ads are starting to kill me. Almost every single crossword, every minigame, the second you finish it, you get an ad. I understand having ads, especially for hints, but EVERY OTHER GAME is absurd. I'm a very fast crossword player, and I feel like I spend more time watching ads than PLAYING THE GAME. I cannot in good conscience recommend this app. If the game is unplayable without buying "No Ads", it ISN'T FREE.

Hi! Thanks for writing to us. Ads can be annoying, but it is through ads that we keep the game free for all our players. To get rid of the ads, you can visit our in-game store (the coin icon on the top of your home screen). Here, you can purchase one of our "No Ads" packages, or become a subscriber and enjoy additional benefits. Hope this helps!

I am never inclined to turn on a timer when I pick up a crossword puzzle and I don't really care for it in this game. Is it going to time out? Even if there is a time limit, it's unlikely to run out because the clues are so easy a child could answer them. To make matters even more frustrating, the answers are filled in randomly as you progress. You don't need to try or think and you win. Please give controls to turn these annoyances off! Finish the puzzle watch more ads?

Fun game, but I very consistently, almost every day, have letters randomly get swapped by the game when solved. I DEFINITELY get the word correct, have it spelled correctly, and never went back to edit it... Yet when I fill the board, it gets the "ALMOST THERE" pop-up. Then I either have to go through the whole puzzle, word for word, to find the error, or have to spend coins to fill letters for me. It almost feels like the game is purposely trying to get me to need to buy coins by doing this.
