your app is broken. I go to login and wait 2 days for the text message. I tried to click the support button and sent an email. I got an automatic reply back stating that I need to send an email to a different email address. I literally clicked the link on the app.... how freaking ridiculous is that? I asked for help in the app and that was still wrong. I give up. I will never have the app again which means I am never going back to royal farms. Sucks to be them.

This royal farms has two ATMs that don't charge a fee, at least when I have used them for my different bank cards and even the EBT cash card. And while they don't have gas here, they have a ton of selections for snacks, delicious chicken and drinks. Who could ask for more? Overall, staff is friendly and service is quick. They also have self checkout and there's someone behind the counter if you need pods or cigarettes.

Used to be great but with the recent changes to this app and the way they do their rewards program has brought me at least nothing but issues at my local Rofo...the so called "everyday deals" are not for every day. Sometimes they will not ring up correctly at the register, giving me "No deal" . Holding up the line at store and wasting MY TIME. Some deals are only for certain days, making this confusing because its listed as an "Everyday Deal". Again wasting MY TIME.
