A budget provider that offers quite a lot of mobile data for a low price. However, it’s important to understand that the connection is not stable at all - the internet often drops for 2-3 minutes without any apparent reason. If a reliable connection is more important to you than the price, then o2 is definitely not your option. Personally, I use an additional SIM card from another provider so I can switch in case the connection is lost and still have proper internet access.

I can’t access my personal information, contracts, or invoices. I log in with the correct credentials, but the app just sends me back. I also can’t change my password because it asks me to log out first — which makes no sense. This has been broken for over a year, both in the app and the online portal. These are basic features that should simply work. By law, I must have access to my invoices. 😡

Tippe auf „Alle Websites“. Suche die Website (o2online), von der du Cookies löschen möchtest. Lösche die Cookies. Anschließend kannst du dich wieder einloggen.

So many problems with logging in.. Edit to respond: the same issues that so many people have when logging in: "Da hat etwas nicht geklappt" or the fact that I cannot even login in with a code from my messages. Also, sometimes the option for code login appears, sometimes it doesn't. Like other users, I have tried with erasing the cache, reinstalling the app, and still nothing. Edit 2: I can login on the website but it's useless for recharging the prepaid card. I can only buy the option with a SIM
