I no longer want to spend hours on the phone with incompetent agents who don't know how to help me log back into my profile, nor do I want to deal with you and your absolutely sloppy app anymore. The new version of the app is total garbage, endless loop of stucking in outside browser, as if you deliberately tried to become user unfriendly, and you buried some options that were logically located in previous version.There are other operators that have great offers and functional apps. Goodbye O2.

Hi Dunja Hutinski, thank you for your review. Sometimes it helps to clear the app's cache and storage (all data) and then uninstall and reinstall the app. Have you tried that?

when I try to lengthen my contract, at the very last step I encounter an error message like this; Bearbeitungsfehler bei deiner Vertragsverlängerung Leider konnte dein Auftrag aufgrund eines technischen Fehlers nicht weiter bearbeitet werden. Wir bitten dich, die Vertragsverlängerung erneut durchzuführen. yes and it happens over and over again also when I try extending my contract through the website.. it's a mobile phone contract but I managed to do it eventually through customer service..

buggy app, endless loading, changes you do in the app are not visible until 10,20,30min later. 2FA codes are send so slow that they are already invalid again... kinda funny when you remember, o2 is a mobile provider Edit to your answer: are you kidding me - you are a teleco provider and can't reliably send SMS? and no, I want to activate a esim, that is only possible via SMS 2FA. next chance I get, I'll switch to another provider who at least does manage basic Telco stuff
