extremely unreliable bus service. changes routes at last minute and doesn't pass from the stop you wait.

The app is good and quite straightforward to use but occasionally the busses and times on app don't match but on the whole it's good.

Gotta love it when the bus shows as due but never actually shows up and the next one is in 40 minutes and you've already been 10 minutes early bc a lot of times it comes early, so here you are waiting 50 minutes in a bus stop with an angled rail instead of a proper seat. And nothing's even mentioned on the app.
