Ratings and reviews

I would not recommend them as they tell you one thing and do another after your first contract with them. They were supposed to give the option to lower my rate when electricity went down... when it did, they would not honor that. have left them a bad review on Google, they called while I was in hospital, tried to call back and all three times mysteriously the call ended... run away, use centerpoint or reliant before using these guys.

Great price and not all the savings stuff at certain times but paying more when you use electricity. When I figured it out, i would have paid a lot more even with the special deals. a flat low cost rate is better. Their stated savings is on their high rates, not a low cost flat rate. Easy to signup and pay.

App just crashes and closes when you try and open it. So, can't see or pay a bill. I hope no one's power gets cut off for something out of the customer's control. You would think the company would make a fix a priority, but... VERY unhappy
