AliExpress pretty much has everything you could ever be looking for. It's an amazing app. I find myself using it every day. And, the prices are as low as they can be without actually giving the item away. I've used other apps that have the exact item, and they charge WAY more!! I wish I had found this app sooner. Would have saved me a ton of money. The app is pretty easy to use. Takes a day or two to get used to all the features. Sellers are very nice, quick to respond to emails, and willing to make every customer happy no matter what. Average delivery time is around 20-30 days. But, I got two items already in just 10 days. Love this app!!
I've been purchasing things off this app for a little over 2 years. I shop at least once a month and every time I shop it's minimum 5 things. Very few things have not fit the description or never got mailed to me. But when that's the case every time I've opened a dispute I've gotten all my money back. Very pleased with this site I recommend all family and friends here when I get compliments on the things I have purchased
Love it! Always complimented on where abouts I've bought my items from, sometimes a hit or miss though. But I always go a size bigger just incase. I swear I have given Ali express an extra 20-30 customers. They love it too
Terrible experience. I think for any shopping website customer service is very important and ali express sucks in customer service. They have got zombies sitting who will talk some prelisted lines with you. Horrific experience
I have to fight with sellers to get my stuff after I've paid, but then they tell me to rate them five stars and THEN they'll send it out. I'm sure there are honest sellers on this site, but there are A LOT of dishonest ones.
My fellow Canadians: while E-Packet can cost a bit, take that option (if offered; speak to the seller if not) as your order will be with you in less than two weeks, fully tracked to your door. Free shipping means CP/CBSA delays as they withhold those packages for at least three months now (also known as "customs hell"). Think of Aliexpress as a Chinese Ebay; there are hundreds of shops to choose from. Go with the shops that have the highest rating and the most orders for the item you're looking at and you won't be cheated. The search is a bit difficult at times, because the shops tend to go by UK English, and not North American English.
