App does not link to Google pay and require physical card for payment. This is inconvenient when we dine in and nowadays,we seldom carry cards and this make it redundant to use app to place order. In the end, have to use kiosk and Google payment to place order. Also, app order use not linked to shop queue and not displayed on screen.

Tried to create an account but the app does not allow for selection of birth date which is a compulsory field. I only managed to select up till the month and year. The other ways are to link FB or Google accounts. After I chose to do so, it said my connection is unstable but it is not true. My connection is ok.. so overall experience is no good at all.

Poor UI design that makes choosing simple options like item quantity confusing. Hard locks user into dining options, only way out is to cancel order and restart all over again. Payment failure even though transaction went through my card, causing me to lose my free combo meal too. Also missing all in-store promos.
