At first it wouldn't recognize the esim as an esim.me card. I had to clear data and reinsert the SIM a few times to even get to the point where you can add profiles. The first profile I added didn't have any issues. A few months later I added a second profile and tried to switch to it. Disabling the old profile crashed the app and after restart it showed no profiles installed. Cleared data and both showed back up but still the old one active. Had to use my old phone running older android to fix.

Garbage app. slow and buggy. Fails a lot. Can't even do simple things like switch between profiles because the app would just crash and stop recognizing the sim. I'm running the latest Android version and using a high end phone. No reason for things like that to happen. Don't buy or use their service! You have been warned!!! Edit: before the developers jump in and tell me to restart the phone, already been done. Still can't change between profiles. Just fix the app and stop making excuses.

Unstable app, I have used the omni esim card on OnePlus 9 pro, but it just does not work. Keeps crashing, slow, and does not load properly. It is also unable to re-enable the actual esim if you ever disable it from the Android settings, support says not to do this, but this is also not documented anywhere, the only way to make it work again is to do a factory reset or root your phone, don't waste time on it. Once I get a permenant solution, I will change my review, so far the eSIM is not workin
