On the plus side you no longer need an app to be able to shop (I downloaded this and then uninstalled once I realised), just go to the New World website and sign in. The downside is an even more heavy and clunky shopping experience than the app ever was. Using the website is so much slower and not the most straightforward experience. Also very surprised that you still cannot see individual product information like ingredient list, nutritional values, and where the product comes from.

the app has improved quite a lot! but it seems to not be updating my latest orders. it shows my last order in April but nothing after that even though I shop and swipe my card at least twice a week

App is broken. It says my session has expired but will not let me log in again and resetting or reinstalling the app doesn't work.
