Manage your app usage and screen time
Use the screen time widget for a glanceable reminder of the top-three apps that you’re using that day. You’ll also see your total screen time for the day.
Tap the widget to open Digital Wellbeing, where you'll find helpful ways to build healthy digital habits, such as setting timers to limit your use of specific apps.
How to add the widget
To add the widget to your device’s home screen, touch and hold the home screen and tap “Widgets.” Tap “Digital Wellbeing” to see the widget, then touch and hold the widget. Drag it where you want it on your screen, then lift your finger.
Tip
If you’re looking for another way to stray on track, try Focus mode, which lets you temporarily pause distracting apps. You’ll find it in your Digital Wellbeing and parental controls settings.
