How to bring add to camp in Whiteout Survival

As your camp expands in Whiteout Survival, you’ll find plenty of work to be done to keep things operating smoothly. This work will be completed by Survivors, and building a strong base of capable workers will be key to your camp's survival in the whiteout.
This guide will walk you through the best ways to earn more Survivors and keep them around, as their health is just as important as their numbers. Keep all of these tips in mind as you play, and your camp will be a thriving oasis in the frozen tundra before long.

The importance of Survivors

Survivors are the workforce of your camp. While you can designate where structures are built or which equipment is due to upgrade, the work itself is actually done by your fellow Survivors. If you don't have a lot of hands, you won't get a lot done.
Survivors can collect resources in the mine, chop wood in the sawmill, and cook food in the cookhouse. Their output is used to expand and improve your camp. As long as you keep an eye on their health, your Survivors will keep your camp running effectively.

Build and upgrade Shelters

To build a large Survivor base, the first thing you need to do is build Shelters. These will serve as Survivor living spaces for as long as they’re part of your camp. More Shelters in the camp will mean more Survivors can move in and take up residence.
You can upgrade the Shelters to provide more space and better accommodations for Survivors, enticing more to join or stick around for the long run. Be sure to routinely check if a Shelter can be upgraded so that when you have the resources, you can get the upgrade going.

Upgrade beds in Shelters

While Shelters are important, Survivors need a place to sleep once inside. Each Shelter can hold a certain number of beds based on how much it's been upgraded, and each Bed can also be upgraded to enhance its stats.
You'll find that a good strategy is to upgrade your beds whenever you upgrade your shelter. Adding more beds via a Shelter upgrade and then enhancing them through individual upgrades can rapidly improve the camp in a short time. If you plan upgrades accordingly, your beds will always be filled with Survivors.
Once you’ve upgraded the Shelter and beds, there are a few other methods you can use to add more Survivors. One fairly easy method is by completing quests and other challenges through normal gameplay. Some of these quests may give you new Survivors just for completing them.
Another method is using Search Parties, which are groups of campers assigned to an expedition via the Rescue Station. Once Survivors are found in a Search Party, you can choose to add them to your camp, and as long as you have a Shelter or beds available, you'll be good to go.
