A Pocket Full of God by David Knight is a multi faith guide to spirituality. I found it very inspirational and liked the way it concentrates on the positive. It's not a heavy tome, I listened to the audiobook and it ran to just over three and a half hours. The chapters are quite short and it could be used as a daily devotional, in fact that's what I had intended but got involved in it. Mr Knight encourages us to stop fighting amongst ourselves. We all face the same problems in varying degrees and we need to stop blaming everyone else for those problems. Love is the answer and if we help one another and put an end to racism, sexism, too fat, too thin, too tall, too short and all the other unhelpful traits, the world will be a better place. He points out that atheists cannot be excluded either as they are just as likely, (sometimes more likely in my humble opinion), to be good, caring human beings as the next person.
