About this audiobook

When we consciously relax and focus our attention on built-in cellular mechanisms of bone regeneration, we support and accelerate what the body is already doing naturally, while awake or asleep. We also gain renewed inspiration to adopt healthier behaviors to support bone health - in what we eat, how we use exercise, and how we support ourselves, both literally and figuratively.Glenda Cedarleaf MSW artfully combines poetic language, rich, multisensory imagery, and her deep understanding of our complex relationship with our bodies, to produce this gentle but powerful meditation to reinforce natural processes of bone-strengthening and healing.
