☆ PROLOGUE

I wrote this story because too many of our children don't know who they really are. They walk around thinking they're broken Africans or incomplete Americans, carrying shame where they should carry crowns, believing lies where they should know truth. For five hundred years, we've been told our story through other people's eyes—seen as victims, problems to be solved, burdens to be carried—when the real story is that we are the solution the world has been waiting for. This isn't just a book, it's a resurrection. The screenplay format brings these ancestors to life visually, making them move and speak and breathe again so our young people can see themselves reflected in divine royalty. The narration speaks in our authentic voice—no academic filters, no respectability politics—just raw truth delivered how we actually talk when we're dropping real knowledge. I created multiple formats because this message is too important to be trapped in one medium. Some people need to read it, some need to see it, some need to hear it spoken aloud like the oral traditions our ancestors used to pass down wisdom. Every Black child needs to understand they are not the descendants of slaves—they are the descendants of survivors, creators, innovators, and world-changers who transformed suffering into superpower. This is their inheritance story, their crown-wearing manual, their torch-lighting instructions. Because when our children know who they really are—children of divine transformation who turned trauma into triumph—they stop asking for permission to shine and start lighting up the world like they were born to do.
