This was my first experience with this author's work. I thought the beginning of the story was great as it was entertaining and thought provoking. I liked the characters and the action scenes; however, about halfway through the book, I noticed that the characters were going through so many near misses that the excitement diminished. I thought the story picked up again about three fourths of the way through and I was glad that I had stayed listening until the end. The AI narration was amazing.
