Audiobook is OK, but Google dropped the ball on user interface and this product because they expect people to call Customer Service to request the accompanying PDF document that gets referenced in the audiobook. How is this in any mind a good user experience?

The audiobook in the introduction refers to a PDF that has images of drawings and paintings that is not delivered with the book. Called Google Play technical support and they were unable to help me find the PDF. Hate to give a one star review for what appears to be a great book. But it is a lousy product. Revised: Google hunted down my PDF and it made all of the difference in the world! Awesome! Totally awesome customer service! You made my day Google!

Walter Isaacson is the bestselling author of biographies of Jennifer Doudna, Leonardo da Vinci, Steve Jobs, Benjamin Franklin, and Albert Einstein.
