Michael Witheford was born in England, grew up in Tasmania and has lived the second half of his life in Melbourne. He has written for The Age, Herald Sun, Australian Women's Forum, Cosmopolitan and various music periodicals. He once penned a song that was played by John Peel on BBC radio, and considers that to be the crowning glory of his life.
David has been narrating audiobooks for over 25 years, working on a number of award-winning titles. He has also worked extensively in theatre, radio, film and television, most notably appearing in all four seasons of The Secret Life of Us. When not lending his voice to books he is employed as an archivist, audio producer and librarian.
